Prologis Dutra RJ I is a logistics center located in Rio de Janeiro. Its location is strategic, situated just 700 meters from the Presidente Dutra Highway and 1.2 km from the beginning of the Linha Vermelha, facilitating access to Galeão International Airport and optimizing transport and distribution operations.

The development is composed of six warehouses, designed with high ceilings, high-strength flooring, and a large maneuvering area. Security is a priority, with advanced monitoring systems and a gatehouse with access control. It has solar power generation to supply part of the common area, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable practices and reduced operating costs.

To ensure the comfort and efficiency of occupants, the project offers a complete infrastructure, which includes administrative offices, rest areas, air-conditioned changing rooms, a restaurant, a social area, and an auditorium. There are also specific support areas for truck drivers.
