Located in the Tatuapé neighborhood, in the east zone of São Paulo, the architectural complex housing the BCP / CLARO facilities creates a striking impression. Rich in solutions derived from the program and sophisticated in its use of materials, the structure breaks the typical urban simplicity of this city region’s residential neighborhood with industrial origins.

Far from conventional, the building could be compared to a machine, whose primary function is to create and maintain ideal physical-environmental conditions for the perfect operation of cellular signal retransmission equipment.

The choice of an industrialized and rational construction system avoided waste. Pre-fabricated elements, external facade panels, and other systems capable of exploring the potential of metallic structures, such as pre-stressed hollow core slabs, ensured the construction’s efficiency.

The metal structure, composed of welded carbon steel profiles with bolted connections, meets the load and, especially, overload requirements specific to each block.
