This project had the challenging task of reconciling industrial areas, where parts and equipment for the Brazilian Nuclear Submarine designed by the Brazilian Navy would be developed, with office and research spaces within a single building.

Due to the confidential nature of the project, the building features exclusive circulation paths, segregating sectors where employees and visitors have restricted access, controlled by equipment and architectural layout.

We sought materials common to industrial buildings, treating them aesthetically and formally in a way that makes the complex impactful as desired by the client, integrating the office and research block.
