The Itapeva Logistics Center is established on a plot of approximately 200,000 m², consisting of a single warehouse with a single dock typology. Located in Itapeva, Minas Gerais, just 120 km from the capital of São Paulo, the development occupies a strategic position that allows it to efficiently serve various regions in the interior of São Paulo and Minas Gerais.

The warehouse’s implementation was planned at a level that enabled the optimization of earthmoving, ensuring a balance between cut and fill.

With a total built area of 53,575.05 m², the project includes a 52,089.42 m² warehouse, including a canopy and an area designated for a future mezzanine, ensuring flexibility for expansions and adaptations to operational needs.
