Located in Cajamar, one of the main logistics centers in the state of São Paulo, its implementation enables connectivity and operational efficiency, with access to the Anhanguera and Bandeirantes highways and the Rodoanel, guaranteeing a direct and fluid connection with the capital, the interior of São Paulo, and the main ports in the country.

The project was conceived with a structure to meet the most demanding logistics operations. The Cross Docking warehouse was built with 150 docks equipped with levelers for trucks, facilitating the movement of goods. The large maneuvering yard, with concrete paving, was designed to support the traffic of heavy vehicles.

Internally, the structure stands out for its high ceiling height and high-resistance flooring, characteristics that optimize storage capacity and guarantee the durability of the space.
