Cajamar II Logistics Center - B500
The architectural project of warehouse B500, part of the Prologis Cajamar II Complex, was conceived with a robust and efficient constructive language. The main structure consists of tilt-up panels cast on-site, a method that ensures rapid construction and high resistance for the facades. Complementing this technique, precast concrete columns and beams were used, elements that optimize execution and ensure the stability of the entire structure. The roof is supported by a lightweight metal structure, ensuring a wide clear span, ideal for storage and distribution operations. For the entrance buildings, the choice of the same tilt-up panel technology ensures aesthetic and functional harmony throughout the development.
The project also prioritized environmental comfort and functionality. To ensure ventilation, a mechanical ventilation system was planned for the roof, and louvers were installed on the side walls, complementing the use of electrical lighting and ventilation systems in areas that do not receive natural light and ventilation. The tilt-up walls not only provide security but also offer excellent thermal insulation, contributing to a more comfortable indoor environment. With Class A construction standards, the development was designed to meet global logistics specifications, ensuring the efficiency and functionality required for large-scale operations.
