Based on a demand for new spaces, the Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo acquired the building adjacent to its headquarters (1991 project, executed by Bacco) and requested a new project from the firm.

The proposal envisioned the integration of the two buildings through a glass box with ramps and stairs that connect them at different levels.

The annex now houses public service functions, museum, auditorium, media library and reception
