Located in the municipality of Penápolis, in the state of São Paulo, the CSD Group Distribution Center has approximately 28,000 m² of built area, encompassing the main warehouse and annexed buildings, such as the cafeteria, administrative building, gatehouse, and utility buildings.

The 22,000 m² warehouse is partially refrigerated and subdivided into specific chambers for refrigerated, frozen, and FLV (fruits, legumes, and vegetables) products. The main challenge of this project was to meet the technical complexities related to temperature control, respecting the specific conservation requirements for each type of product.

The administrative building and cafeteria were strategically positioned near the warehouse, facilitating employee movement. With a blade-like typology, these buildings distribute their spaces along a central corridor, promoting functionality and spatial clarity.

The general implementation of the DC was guided by the logistics of truck entry and exit flows, with parking areas both near the gatehouse and within the secure operation zone. This organization ensures greater efficiency in loading and unloading operations, optimizing the logistics performance of the enterprise.
