Winner of a public competition held in 1991, the project for the Regional Accounting Council headquarters takes into consideration the characteristics of its neighborhood and immediate surroundings.
Based on a reinterpretation of modern Brazilian architecture, the office building was designed in two volumes: the base, which preserves the scale of the existing houses in the surroundings; and the vertical tower, which reflects the neighborhood’s landscape.
For pedestrians, the understanding of the urban landscape is maintained through the different scales created.
