The project proposes the implementation of a residential building in an urban area undergoing transformation in Curitiba, considering guidelines that favor integration with the neighborhood and shared use of spaces. The placement of the volume on an axis perpendicular to the main street optimizes solar incidence, cross ventilation, and the relationship with the surroundings, freeing up strategic areas for commercial use and an internal community plaza. The social areas, located on the ground floor and penthouse, promote residents’ well-being with spaces such as coworking, gym, and gourmet terrace with city views.

With a modular structure that allows flexibility in layouts, the building prioritizes sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, such as rainwater harvesting, solar energy use, and passive sunlight control with sliding perforated panels. The single vertical circulation organizes the building into a compact block, and the accesses were planned to facilitate pedestrian and vehicle mobility, in addition to promoting connection between different developments through enjoyment strips and shared areas.
