This is a unique project, located in a densely populated area within a lower-middle-class neighborhood in São Paulo. To accommodate the 12 required units, a linear block was chosen—with one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and duplexes with two bedrooms on the upper floor—supported by the blind wall of the neighboring building, thus creating a landscaped corridor on the northwest side.

This search for a differentiated architectural proposal found support in the structural masonry system and metal and concrete prefabricated elements, combining the desired aesthetics with speed of execution.
